TERMS OF SERVICE
The www.vicontbenua.com website is the property of Prime One Ltd, United Kingdom company (registration number: 12302718), 128 Aldersgate Street, Barbican, London, England, EC1A 4AE (“Vicont Benua”).
When we received your order, we’ll send you a text message or an e-mail, and you’ll soon be contacted by one of our managers for the final confirmation. Please, make sure you entered the correct contact information when making your order.
The payment is made in cash on delivery or with credit/ debit cards. All of our banking operations are managed by Stripe Payments Limited. Vicont Benua doesn’t retain any credit card numbers.
The cash on delivery payments are not received directly by Vicont Benua and are handled by delivery companies.
Payment by card
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your payment will be processed by Stripe under rigorous banking standards. Nobody but your bank will read or have the access to your card data (all the details will be sent directly to your bank). We don’t charge extra commission for payments by card. However, the fee may be deducted by your bank.
If you opted for payment by card and have not contributed the required amount, Vicont Benua will cancel the submitted order.
All the prices indicated on the Vicont Benua website, www.vicontbenua.com, include VAT.
Vicont Benua has the right to change the prices on the website.
Consumers are entitled to returning the order within 14 days after they have received it in accordance with the following rules: the original packing and the product itself are in same condition as when they were received. Also, the client pays the return delivery costs.
The warranty is valid for 2 years from purchasing date and covers manufacturing defects on the watch (crystal, movement, case).
To have replacement or warranty covered repair, please call or send a message to customer’s support department through “contact us” page. In order to process your request we will need your name, address, the reason for contact and pictures/ a video that shows the defect. Vicont Benua will pay the return delivery costs.
If Vicont Benua doesn’t find any defects, the product will not be accepted. The client might also be charged for the replacement/repair during the warranty period in the following cases: If the watch was damaged after receipt (for example, if it fell and the crystal cracked); If the watch was configured improperly so the mechanism broke; If the watch fell in the water or into the fire; If the changes occur due to long use and are purely esthetical (for example, if color on the wristband altered); If the purchase date is not indicated in the warranty; If the warranty card is not provided with the watch. If the original details are not available the band, the dial, the crystal and the case can be replaced with substitutes.
When you shop with Vicont Benua we store some of your data, so we can fulfill your order. All of your personal information will remain confidential.
Vicont Benua reserves the right to change prices, product lines and related information without prior notice.
We place product images and detailed text information in order to show the goods from different angles. Please, note that the product images can differ depending on the color settings of your device. We do our best to ensure that content on vicontbenua.com is accurate, yet the color reproduction might differ from the one you see in real life.
Delivery and cancellations
Vicont Benua ships to Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Greece, and Bulgaria. Shipment is carried out in cooperation with the delivery services and their partners.
You are entitled to cancel purchases and return the purchased goods. To do that, contact our customer service or use the contact form on vicontbenua.com within 14 days from the receiving date. The goods should be unpacked or carefully re-packed and in the condition in which they were received. The risks involved when the goods are being shipped back to Vicont Benua are a customer’s responsibility.
Also, if delivery is delaying and the client no longer want to receive the product, it is his/her responsibility to cancel the order. The cancellation is only valid when confirmed with Vicont Benua by message, e-mail or a phone call.
Please, check the goods when you receive them to make sure that the products are correct and not damaged. Report as soon as possible if you find any visible or hidden damage produced during transportation (see the section “Warranty” above).
When being returned the product should be well packed so it doesn’t get damaged.
Vicont Benua will replace defective products with ones of the same model or fully refund the money to the customer.
If no faults/ errors are found the product will be returned to the customer by Vicont Benua.
Vicont Benua is only responsible for the existing conditions of sale. For instance, Vicont Benua does not hold responsibility for errors in the delivery process (whether direct or indirect) like delays or data loss.
In case there're damages or delay caused by circumstances out of our control, Vicont Benua shall not hold legal responsibility.
These are the force majeures we are referring to: war, bad weather conditions, natural disasters like fire or flood, vehicle breakdown, lack of delivery (sabotage from suppliers), constraints, labor disturbance, bans or prohibitions, amended legislation that makes impossible to perform the services, exposure to criminal activity affecting performance of the services, government intervention, lack of state.
Intellectual property rights
Vicont Benua owns all intellectual property rights (trademarks and copyright), on VicontBenua.com and the material published on it.
It is prohibited to replicate any content from VicontBenua.com on other websites without the written permission of Vicont Benua.
Vicont Benua doesn’t own the rights in user generated content (pictures, videos etc.) you might see on www.vicontbenua.com website and is not legally responsible for it. If you have any claims about such content, please contact the customer service.
Retention of title
Until a product is paid in full, it remains the property of Vicont Benua.
Cases of fraud
If a purchase is qualified as suspicious and potentially fraudulent, Vicont Benua will cancel it. The frauds will be reported.
In the event that any dispute arises from the present terms UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction of it.
