We do hope you like the delivered products, however, we also provide for cases when you might want to return the purchased good for whatever reason. See below how to return and/or exchange goods.

• We do our best to satisfy all of our customers. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered goods or just changed your mind — don’t worry! Every customer is entitled by the law to return or exchange the purchased product(s) within 14 days upon its arrival; make sure that the product is well packed, looks intact and is undamaged. In this case we shall reimburse the value of the purchased product (the delivery cost will be withheld (15 EUR)) or replace the good with a different one.
 Products must be in their original packaging with labels and intact protective labels, i. e., in the same condition as when it was received. Before the item(s) is (are) sent back, request photos of the watch to identify the condition of the product. Otherwise, the company may refuse to accept the returned product/exchange the product/reimburse the customer. In case the product is returned with defects or its condition is different from the initial one, the company reserves the right to refuse to accept returned product/exchange the product/reimburse the customer.
• We always make sure the goods are properly packaged, so they arrive undamaged. However, if you find the goods arrived damaged and/or with defects or the arrived product is not the one you ordered, we will reimburse all your expenses or exchange the product as provided by the law. In this case, please forward us the product(s) rejection notice within 14 days upon its arrival. We shall carry out the return procedure (unless agreed otherwise) against the said notice. As an alternate option, we may reimburse the repair cost against your request submitted within the above mentioned period.
• The delivery costs shall not be refunded. Return and/or exchange request application shall be processed within 10 days.
• Once we receive the good(s) and check its characteristics, a refund will be sent to your credit card within 7 banking days. Please note, fees that may be charged by your bank are not included in the reimbursement amount.
 In the event the price of the product has increased/decreased by the time of the return, the reimbursement amount shall be based on the purchase price.
• All disputes concerning the product's condition shall be resolved upon the verification procedure at a service shop, then the return/exchange procedures shall be iniciated. The company reserves a right to deny refund or to accept the request and return/exchange the product based on the results of the inspection procedure.

In all cases covered by warranty, if the manufacturing defect(s) can be repaired, the customer may send the product to any of the Vicont Benua service shops in order to minimize the repair time consumption. In this case, Vicont Benua shall refund all the expences incurred by the customer (the repair cost) by transfer to the client's credit/debit card/ or bank account.
If, based on the results of the inspection, the defect(s) is/are not covered by warranty, Vciont Benua reserves the right to deny reimbursement. If, based on the results of the inspection, the defect(s) is/are covered by warranty, yet the defective part(s) can not be repaired, the customer is entitled to request for a replacement or substitute product.
All customer’s appeals regarding the repair shall be considered on case-by-case basis. In any event, in order to ensure the best service possible, the company shall provide the contacts of the closest service shops.
