How are the orders delivered?

Orders are only sent out when have been confirmed by our manager.
No item inspection (box opening) before purchase is allowed.
Delivery takes 2-5 business days upon confirmation.

What about warranty?

All Vicont Benua brand items are covered by warranty. The warranty term is indicated in each item description online. 
A warranty card serves as warranty confirmation.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept applications for return or exchange within 14 days from order receipt, provided that the protective film and the integrity of the items are preserved. See more details in Returns & Exchanges & Repairs.
Initial shipping and postage charges are non-refundable. Handling returns or exchanges takes 10 days.
